Vitamin C Complex combines two separate mineral sources of Vitamin C (Potassium Ascorbate and Magnesium Ascorbate) with the powdered extracts of three different fruits - Pomegranate, Plum and Blueberry.

Potassium ascorbate, Magnesium ascorbate, Potato Malto-dextrin, Pomegranate Extract (Punica Granatum fruit), Plum Extract (Prunus Sp. fruit), Blueberry Powder (Vaccinum Sp. fruit), Silicon dioxide, Magnesium Stearate.

Dose:

One capsule, twice daily, with food

Children from 2 years old may take 1 capsule a day. Simply pull open capsule and sprinkle contents into food.
