Ingredients:

Water, diluent (xylitol), niacinamide (B3), calcium D-pantothenate (B5), acidity regulator (citric acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), riboflavin 5 phosphate sodium (B2), preservative (potassium sorbate), folic acid [as (6S)-5-methyltetrafolic acid, glucosamine salt (Quatrefolic®)] (B9), thiamine mononitrate (B1), natural flavouring (peach, plum, raspberry), 5-deoxyadenosylcobalamin (B12), methylcobalamin (B12), D-biotin (B7).

Dose:

Adults: Use 4 sprays daily, taken together or separately, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Children: Halve dosage for children under 12 years of age as their additional daily supplementation need is lower than that of an adult.

Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.
