Provides 1000 IU Vitamin D3 per tablet, the preferred form of vitamin D. Vitamin D contributes to cell division, normal immune function and normal bone, muscle and tooth health.

Contains 200mg of Vitamin E per tablet. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Provides good levels of zinc, as well as selenium, manganese and copper, which all contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
