Vitamin C also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Contains 1000iu of vitamin D3 per daily dose.

Features 100iu of natural vitamin E per daily dose.

This product contains vitamin A. Do not exceed 750µg of vitamin A (as retinol) per day if pregnant or likely to become pregnant except on the advice of a doctor or antenatal clinic.

Not recommended in those taking immunosuppressants.

Vitamin A 1500 µg RE*
as retinol 1000 µg RE*
as beta-carotene 500 µg RE*
Vitamin C 250 mg
Vitamin E (50iu) 33.55 mg
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 500 iu
Zinc (sulphate) 2.5 mg
* µg RE = micrograms retinol equivalents

Tableted with:
Dicalcium phosphate dihydrate
Microcrystalline cellulose
Silicon dioxide
Stearic acid
Coating (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, glycerine)

Dose:

Take 1 tablet twice daily, or as directed.
