Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate, Sweetener (Xylitol), Horsetail Extract 4:1 (Equisetum arvense Aerial Parts), Freeze-Dried Wild Berry Powder (Preparation as Chokeberry, Elderberry, Blueberry, Blackcurrant & Apple with Acacia Gum), Vitamin K(Preparation [as K2 Menaquinone-7] with Sucrose, Acacia Gum, Corn Starch, Medium Chain Triglycerides & Tricalcium Phosphate), Vitamin D3 (Preparation as Cholecalciferol [Lichen] with Tapioca Maltodextrin, Corn Starch, Coconut Oil, Sucrose,Silicon Dioxide, D-Alpha Tocopherol, Ascorbyl Palmitate), Sodium Borate, Manganese Citrate.

Dose:

One heaped 5ml teaspoon (approx. 5.5g) or as professionally directed, stirred directly into water, or blended into a smoothie. Take daily with food.
