Sweeteners (Xylitol & Steviol Glycosides), L-Glutamine, N-Acetyl Glucosamine (Crustaceans), Vitamin C (as Magnesium Ascorbate), Citric Acid, Natural Flavourings (Apple & Blackcurrant), Nucleotides ([Nutritide IB70 as 5'-Ribonulcleotides/RNAConcentrated Extract], Preparation as Potato Maltodextrin, Inositol & Betaine), Zinc Citrate, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus salivarius, Ginger Extract (Zingiber officinalis Root), Vitamin A (Preparation as RetinylAcetate with Acacia Gum, Sucrose, Corn Starch & DL-Alpha Tocopherol), Bifidobacterium bifidum & Bifidobacterium lactis.

Dose:

One heaped 5ml teaspoon (approx. 5g), or as professionally directed, stirred directly into water, or blended into a smoothie. Take daily with food.
